RED Academy is Canada’s #1 real estate mentorship academy, helping individuals succeed in real estate investing through expert coaching and hands-on guidance. With over 200 active students, RED Academy hosts monthly live events and provides a full ecosystem of education, community, and opportunity in the real estate space.

My Role

As the multimedia and digital systems lead, I manage and oversee the entire backbone of RED Academy’s digital presence and marketing operations. My responsibilities span across:

1. Website/Funnel Development

I designed and developed the full suite of RED Academy’s websites, including:

• Red Academy

• Developers Mentorship

• Condo Flips

• Coach4Coach

Each site is built for performance, lead generation, and user experience with a focus on seamless customer journeys.

2. Marketing Automation & Lead Nurturing

I designed and implemented the full marketing funnel and backend automation including:

• Email marketing and SMS campaigns

• Lead capture and nurturing sequences

• CRM integrations and backend workflows

• Offer-based landing pages and traffic strategies

3. Content Creation & Advertising

I work directly with the founder, Rick Bowal, to:

• Shoot and produce weekly content and promotional videos

• Create and manage ad creatives

• Run and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms

4. Event Production

RED Academy hosts monthly live real estate events. I play a key role in:

• Planning and coordinating logistics

• Capturing and producing content from the events

• Using events to drive engagement, leads, and conversions
